Refund Policy

Upon receiving customized starting information, nutrition profile in our app, and company documents, and within first week of program, client is entitled to 75% refund if requested. We do not offer refunds of physical products, unless the delivered item(s) arrive damaged or item(s) delivered is not as ordered. Refund must be initiated within 48 hours from time of delivery.

Delivery Policy

Turnaround time on new client setup is 24-48 hours; this holds true for all coaching service subscriptions. Client will receive mobile app invite as well as email from coaching with all starting information and program documents.

For physical goods, delivery time is based on 3-5 days for fulfillment plus time for shipping.

Return Policy

We do not offer returns of physical products, unless delivered item(s) arrive damaged or item(s) delivered is not as ordered. Return must be initiated within 48 hours from time of delivery.

We do offer refunds on coaching memberships, please see Refund Policy above for details.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel after plan you’ve committed for, please inform coach that at completion of session, you wish to discontinue. Coaching plans are not set to automatically renew, client renews at end of session manually via website or electronic invoice, so client is never “locked in” to auto-billing.

Communication Policy

By purchasing a Falcon Nutrition membership and/or Falcon Nutrition physical goods, you agree to be contacted via email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, regarding updates, marketing, products, information and promotions.

Waiver

Falcon Nutrition, and its’ team of coaches, is not a physician or psychologist, and the scope of his/her nutrition counseling does not include treatment or diagnosis of specific illnesses or disorders. If you, the client, suspect you may have an ailment or illness that may require medical attention, then you are encouraged to consult with a licensed physician without delay. Only a licensed physician can prescribe drugs. Any mention of drugs in the course of consultation is only for the purpose of providing a complete history of drugs that the client is taking and not for Falcon Nutrition or its’ coaches to judge the appropriateness of the medication. Any change in prescription or dosage is a decision the client makes with his or her physician. In the event that you feel the need for professional counseling or medical advice, it is your responsibility to seek a licensed professional to provide you with that service.

In consideration of my participation in nutrition coaching, I hereby accept all risk to my health and of my injury or death that may result from such participation and I hereby release Falcon Nutrition and its’ coaches, from any liability to me, my personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, and assigns for any and all claims and causes of action for loss of or damage to my property and for any and all illness or injury to my person, including my death, that may result from or occur during my participation in nutrition coaching, whether caused by negligence of Falcon Nutrition or its’ coaches, or otherwise. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Falcon Nutrition and its’ coaches from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from my negligent or intentional act or omission while participating in the described nutrition coaching session.
