Thanks to my daughter, Jenifer for the recommendation to try something totally new….eating normal food. That was a concept that was so foreign to me that it took me a while to even consider it. After seeing Jen’s amazing success….I thought, well, I’ll give it try. Starting in May of 2021 under so much stress with so many new things in all of our lives, off I went. I actually loved the accountability. Food I hadn’t dreamed of eating in years and seeing the scale drop at the same time. Here I am 5 months later, feeling amazing, enjoying all the energy of my Grandchildren and being in great shape. 35.5 lbs later and lighter than I was in high school. I would say, this lifestyle is awesome. I can’t wait to see what Emma and I can accomplish in the next 12 weeks.. thank you Falcon, Emma and Jenifer. Forever a fan.”

I feel like I have found a community that I belong to and can take tips and tricks from to better myself and my nutrition. The way I look at food has changed a lot. I see it as an energy source versus something that is just palatable. I am so glad I decided to take on this journey. I have changed physically and mentally by doing so. I can’t wait to continue with maintenance! Thank you for all you do and changing people’s lives.”

Not to mention a full 4 inches off my waist and down 20 pounds is working wonders for my confidence. I still feel like there’s some stubborn belly fat that is hanging in there, but everyday I see it shrinking little by little.?
