Whether you’re an endurance athlete looking to move better and chase PR’s, a grandparent looking to add years to your life as you age gracefully, or anywhere in between, we’ve helped many like you and would love to show you the way. If you follow our guidance, you will see awesome results and likely in much shorter time than you think. We will teach you how to account for macronutrient amounts in food and use that knowledge to transform your body into how you want it to look and feel. We will educate you on how to choose foods and amounts and give you framework to work within to make steady forward progress toward where you want to be.After signing up for your session, you will be prompted to fill out an intake questionnaire. This will give us some insight about you and your lifestyle; your activity level, your day to day work life, your family life, dieting history, current eating habits and your goals.You will then be matched with one of our Certified Nutrition Coaches or Registered Dietitians who will work up a customized individual nutrition plan specific to you. No two bodies are the same, so no two action plans should be the same either! You will have a live support system in your coach and the ability to ask any and all questions as they arise. Plus, you will also have forever access to an active Facebook community group with other members working on similar goals (ask questions, recipes, food finds, tips, inspiration, giveaways and fun challenges).Your coach will also set up your customized profile in our app. This is a great tool that we use for:

  • Weekly check-ins and communication
  • Completing daily goals (like water consumption, fiber intake and number of steps. These help instill healthy habits that will continue on long after you finish your membership plan)
  • Hitting macro targets (these are the number of proteins, fats and carbohydrates you will aim to consume each day. You will still be able to eat many of the foods you enjoy but you will learn to portion foods out in a way that makes sense given your goals).
  • Logging body stats

The app is user friendly and syncs with MyFitnessPal, Fitbit and Apple Watch
