“Signing up to work with Jason is one of the very best things I have ever done for myself.”

I honestly cannot remember a time when I was not trying to lose weight – I spent more than half my life losing and gaining the same 15lbs.  As a full-time working mom, I was exhausted and overwhelmed.  I did not understand how I could still be struggling with my weight when I was getting up at 5am to run 5 days a week.  I constantly researched different diets and workout plans trying to figure out the “best” plan without ever fully committing to anything.  That all changed when I started working with Jason in March 2019.  Jason showed me how to make thoughtful decisions about how to fuel my body and encouraged me to shift my focus to progress over perfection.  Today, I am down over 25lbs and at a weight I have not seen since high school.  I lost 7 inches around my waist and countless inches everywhere else.  My energy is through the roof as I continue to get faster and stronger.

Signing up to work with Jason is one of the very best things I have ever done for myself. Jason’s unwavering support combined with his expertise and genuine desire to teach his clients how to navigate their nutrition is what sets this program apart.  He worked with me to help determine the perfect balance of macros to support my lifestyle and goals and has given me the tools to handle vacations, meals out, holidays, half-marathon training, injury recovery, AND global pandemics!  The mindfulness and power of consistency that Jason taught me with my nutrition has spilled over into every part of my life and I could not be more grateful.

“I jokingly call him Sensei or my Jedi Master, but I also say that behind all jokes there is a bit of truth.  Jason’s changed my life.”

Just about everyone in my family is heavy.  I figured that was in the cards for me as well.   I have always been active, played some kind of sport,  and done some sort of exercise.  Once I hit late thirties and early forties, the pounds started packing on.   Even though I was working out really consistently.  I joined OrangeTheory Fitness in July of 2015 and found my fitness happy place.  Even with OTF, I was only able to lose a bit and I was really “eating clean.”
I saw a Facebook post from a friend that was working with Jason and she looked incredibly healthy, strong, and happy.  (Thanks Valerie!).  I contacted her to see what she was doing and she told me about Jason.  I started working with Jason in January of 2017.  The difference happened pretty quickly.  I realized that, even though I was “eating clean,” the portions make an enormous difference.  Peanut butter and hummus are good for you, right?  That’s healthy fat!  Well, when you don’t realize how much of that stuff you’re eating, it adds up.  Drizzle EVOO on your veggies, it’s fine.  Again, tons of fat!  I’ve never been a fad diet person, they didn’t make sense to me.  But this, this is sustainable and undeniably based on data and facts (which my nerd-brain loves).
When I started with Jason, I was about 190 pounds with a 38″ waist (I’m 5’9″).  I would’ve loved to get back into the 170s.  He simply said, “let’s see where we can go.”  When I hit 170, I was thrilled.   He said “trust the process.”  I got down as low as 139!  Which, admittedly is low.  He knew what he was doing and I never doubted him.   Over the next year, I slowly added muscle (and food!).  I got back to 148-152 which is now where I constantly hover.   I have been body fat tested through a consistent method over the past three years (hydro-static testing) and my body fat percentage is the same at this weight as it was at 139.   I still can’t believe how much food I get to eat and still look, and more importantly, feel like this.  I still look like the last picture in the collage.  Jason really did rebuild me better, faster, stronger!  With proper nutrition and OTF, I really do feel like, at 46, I’m in the best shape of my life.
One thing I find weird is that I have a kinesiology/sport management degree and I never took a nutrition class.   I would imagine that’s not the case today, but 25 years ago, it was!  The amount I’ve learned about food in the past 3-plus years is incredible.  I could be on auto-pilot, but I still constantly learn stuff from Jason (and the Facebook group).  After I’d cut the weight, Jason guided me into maintenance.   I do feel totally confident saying that without him, had I done this on my own, I would have NEVER added in as much food as I now get to eat.  This was done slowly and very methodically over a period of a year or so.   Maintenance is such an enormous part of this and I’m so happy that I had complete faith in Jason the entire time.
One thing that’s really stuck is how important it is to plan your day.  Throughout this entire time, I’ve never felt deprived or even really been hungry.   I’ve had burgers, pizza, fried chicken, and drinks with my family and friends (well, the kids didn’t have drinks).  I’ve learned to manage meals out.  I also love sweets and I’ve had some kind of sweet treat just about every single day of the entire time I’ve been with Jason.  I can plan and stick to it, so this has been huge for me.   I can say no to donuts or cookies in the break room because I know I’ve got something sweet coming to me later in the day.   As maintenance progressed, these treats have become more fun!
I think so very highly of Jason and what he stands for that I’ve had trouble keeping this brief.
The best part is that I think of him as so much more than “my food guy.”   Over the time we’ve worked together, I’m proud of the friendship we’ve forged.  He’s guided me through some tricky parts of my life whether or not he knew he was doing it.  He has had an uncanny ability to know if “I was going through some stuff.”  I jokingly call him Sensei or my Jedi Master, but I also say that behind all jokes there is a bit of truth.  Jason’s changed my life.

“The best part of working with Jason is you are not limited to certain types of food.”

My experience with Jason has probably been different than most people’s. My problem wasn’t weight loss, I was already thin when I started. Instead, I needed to put on some healthy weight. There were fitness goals that were simply out of reach due to a lack of muscle mass. For years I struggled trying to gain weight without putting on any fat, but my efforts were largely ineffective. I would gain weight, then starve myself to take it back off.

About 2 years ago, we started working on getting into a good rhythm with eating a consistent quantity of food on a daily basis. No gimmicks, just learning to be consistent. The best part of working with Jason is you are not limited to certain types of food. He shows you how to eat the food you like, but in a way that doesn’t lead to bingeing after depriving yourself.

While eating food I enjoy, we have added lean mass to my frame, I’ve gotten stronger, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. It’s actually become kind of a game to see how much food I’m able to eat without gaining weight!

” Jason gave me the tools to live in the new, improved body I was building”

When I first began working with Jason,  I was definitely ready for a change.  I could lose a few pounds on my own, but I had never learned how to sustain it and never built the habits that would support long-term success. At 49, I felt like I had to give it one last chance.

I thought for sure Jason would tell me I would need to eliminate food groups or sell me on some type of shakes or pill. But it was real food! He showed me how to navigate holidays, vacations and gatherings – guidance I had never had before. He gave me the tools to live in the new, improved body I was building.

I have maintained my 50lb loss nearly 3 years now and never looked back. I am so grateful for the good habits and knowledge I have gained while working with Jason. As a mom to 4, we often put our needs last, but I assure you, investing in myself  has had the best returns ever!

“Jason is not only a guru in macros but such a nice genuine person that cares for his clients as a whole.”

I started my journey with Jason Falcon November 2016. I am a proud mama of two boys ages 7 and 8, work full time 50-55 hours a week as a Physical Education teacher and Athletic Director, wake up at 5:30 for 6:00 am for workouts and sometimes a workout after school. My motivation to start was seeing a picture of me at 150 lbs and knew I needed a change for myself. I was new to counting macros but based on the research I had done and results of others saw that this system worked. That is when I reached out to Jason Falcon and have been working with him ever since. Best decision I have ever made! Jason is not only a guru in macros but such a nice genuine person that cares for his clients as a whole. Jason is always there to help via text, email or phone especially when there is something amazing to be shared like when I got my pull ups or overhead squatted 105lbs or even small or big bump in the road.

Jason and I started week one just going for it full boar and we haven’t stopped since 3.5 years later. I knew I could do the work but needed someone to hold me accountable. I look forward to my weekly check ins with him as this is a highlight to my week. He has helped fuel me for Crossfit competitions to be the best I could be and made the podium! I know I am worth investing in myself and Jason believes in me as well so that helped me to stay steady and on track.

With Jason’s words of wisdom, affirmations, positive reinforcement and sharing our walk with God
together Jason has become my friend and not only my macro coach. Perseverance has been key for me as this takes dedication! Proud of myself and my results. I have gained self-confidence, strength and so much more! Jason is the best macro coach…I told him I would be a lifer!

” I signed up almost immediately and consider it one of the best decisions of my life.”

As a father of four in a high stress desk job, I battled with weight loss for almost ten years. With that came the frustration of not meeting my physical goals and a compounding sense of guilt and shame at not being able to control my weight like I thought I should be able to. I really did want to look better, be healthier, and I wanted to be a good example to my children; yet despite Paleo, calorie cutting, exercise and a half dozen gimmicky fads I continued to gain weight.

I met Jason a few years ago and was shocked to discover that the jacked and tan dude in front of me had actually been bigger than me, and had gone through the exact same process.  He’d tried diets, crossfitting it away, everything I had done too. I signed up almost immediately and consider it one of the best decisions of my life.

I tell people that having Jason as a coach is like having Neo from the Matrix be your personal guide.  Once you take that pill, once you learn how to see food correctly – you realize that it is actually simple.  There are no good foods or bad foods.  You can have abs and ice cream.  I eat a STUPID amount of bread and feel ZERO regret. I am in control, I understand the levers I am pulling and how they work the machine that is my body and every step of the way is Jason guiding me to learn more and take it to the next level.  I will never see food the same way and it’s a beautiful thing.  I enjoy the food I eat more than I ever did before and I certainly am the healthiest I’ve been in my entire life.
Jason is a world class coach and I would recommend Falcon Fitness to anyone, full stop.
