I honestly cannot remember a time when I was not trying to lose weight – I spent more than half my life losing and gaining the same 15lbs. As a full-time working mom, I was exhausted and overwhelmed. I did not understand how I could still be struggling with my weight when I was getting up at 5am to run 5 days a week. I constantly researched different diets and workout plans trying to figure out the “best” plan without ever fully committing to anything. That all changed when I started working with Jason in March 2019. Jason showed me how to make thoughtful decisions about how to fuel my body and encouraged me to shift my focus to progress over perfection. Today, I am down over 25lbs and at a weight I have not seen since high school. I lost 7 inches around my waist and countless inches everywhere else. My experience with Jason has probably been different than most people’s. My problem wasn’t weight loss, I was already thin when I started. Instead, I needed to put on some healthy weight. There were fitness goals that were simply out of reach due to a lack of muscle mass. For years I struggled trying to gain weight without putting on any fat, but my efforts were largely ineffective. I would gain weight, then starve myself to take it back off.
About 2 years ago, we started working on getting into a good rhythm with eating a consistent quantity of food on a daily basis. No gimmicks, just learning to be consistent. The best part of working with Jason is you are not limited to certain types of food. He shows you how to eat the food you like, but in a way that doesn’t lead to bingeing after depriving yourself.
While eating food I enjoy, we have added lean mass to my frame, I’ve gotten stronger, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. It’s actually become kind of a game to see how much food I’m able to eat without gaining weight!

I started my journey with Jason Falcon November 2016. I am a proud mama of two boys ages 7 and 8, work full time 50-55 hours a week as a Physical Education teacher and Athletic Director, wake up at 5:30 for 6:00 am for workouts and sometimes a workout after school. My motivation to start was seeing a picture of me at 150 lbs and knew I needed a change for myself. I was new to counting macros but based on the research I had done and results of others saw that this system worked. That is when I reached out to Jason Falcon and have been working with him ever since. Best decision I have ever made!
